Overview

The Ramsey Chapel Hill is a student housing and apartment community near the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. New ownership acquired the property as Ramshorn Apartments—a dated brand with little market presence—and asked us to reposition, rebrand, and relaunch it ahead of a new leasing cycle.

The challenge

At acquisition, the property had no modern identity, no clear positioning, and almost no digital footprint. Its name, branding, and website, along with the absence of social media, made it hard to compete with newer student housing options for incoming UNC students.

Ownership needed a complete transformation on a tight timeline, with a brand and digital plan able to drive applications for the upcoming school year.

Our approach

We worked closely with ownership to rename and reposition the property, introducing The Ramsey Chapel Hill as a modern student living community. Our team led the full brand process: naming, logo design, messaging, brand assets, and the visual system.

From there we launched a new conversion-focused website, established the property’s social media presence from scratch, and built paid acquisition campaigns to bring qualified traffic and student applications ahead of peak leasing season.
